Can I cancel my order?

If you've had a change of heart and want to cancel your order, no worries! We've got you covered. Just reach out to either our Live Chat or Customer Service team within 10 minutes of placing your order, and we'll make the magic happen. ✨💁‍♀️

Can I change my shipping address?

If you want to change your shipping address, we've got your back! 🌟 We recommend making that request ASAP after placing your order so we can work our magic for you.

Can I add to or change my order?

So, here's the scoop - Our warehouse systems are pretty fancy, but that means we can't make changes or adjustments to an existing order. 😕 But fret not, because we can absolutely cancel and refund your current order, so you can place a fresh one with all the right adjustments. 🎉✨

Can I change my delivery method?

If your order hasn't hit the road yet and it's still before our 3 p.m. cut-off, you're in luck! 🎉 We can absolutely help you out with a shipping upgrade!

Just reach out to us right here, and we'll zip over an invoice for your upgrade faster than you can say "shipping"! ⚡💁‍♀️

Now, if your order has already been shipped and it's past 3 p.m. we won't be able to make any changes to the delivery method, but reach out anyway and our lovely customer service team can look into what we can do for you.
