We want to make sure you have the best experience with SimplyHair, so if for any reason you're not 100% in love with your purchase, no worries at all! We're happy to offer you a refund, as long as you return the products in their original, tip-top condition, and all extensions stay cozy in their tamperproof bands. 💁‍♀️✨

Just remember to let us know within 14 days of receiving your goodies (Distance Selling Regulations 2000), and we'll handle the rest!

How long does a return take to process?

Once we receive your return to our warehouse, it might take up to 5 working days for us to process it. But hang tight, babe, because the moment we're done, the funds will start making their way back to your account within 24 - 48 hours! But just a heads-up, we can't process refunds to any other card💃

Oh, and if you paid with PayPal, no worries—it might take a bit longer, up to 7 days, but we promise those funds will find their way back to you too! 💳💁‍♀️

Business Customers

When it comes to our business customers, we want to ensure that your clients receive the utmost care and satisfaction. It's essential for you to have open discussions with them about their needs and requirements. Once the extensions are installed, the responsibility falls upon you to ensure the wearer is well-informed about proper care and follows the recommended after-care advice but we are happy to provide advice and support in any way we can.

Regarding colour and style discrepancies, we advise checking the colours against your client's hair upon receipt of the extensions, before installation. While we make every effort to provide accurate colour representations, variations may occur. If you notice any discrepancy between the received colour and your colour ring, please inform us immediately. We'll assess the situation and do our best to correct it if possible. Most discrepancies can be resolved, but the item must be returned unopened and in its original condition. Please note that colour rings are meant to be used as a guide, we highly recommend upgrading them at least every 6 months but rest assured, we'll do our best to notify customers of any significant colour changes whenever possible.

Please keep in mind that while we make every effort to display colours accurately online, differences in screen resolutions and monitors may lead to slight variations. To ensure you're satisfied with the colour, we recommend checking the product once it arrives before opening the packaging.

In the unfortunate event that a returned item is considered used or tampered with, we'll offer the option to have it returned to you at your expense. We'll contact you via email, and you'll have 30 days to respond. If there is no response or collection within this period, the item will be disposed of.

Our hair extensions are intended for professional use only, and we kindly request that you take note of this. We must stress that SimplyHair accepts no liability for any damage caused by a salon or third party. The responsibility for this lies within the salon/extensionist and client contract, and it becomes the absolute responsibility of the salon/hair extensionist.

To ensure the maintenance and quality of our hair extensions, certain specific aftercare and maintenance procedures should be followed. For the best results, we highly recommend using the products available for purchase from us, as they have been specifically designed for use with our extensions. If you choose to use alternative products, we must regrettably inform you that we cannot accept liability or responsibility for their impact on the quality of the extensions.

Please be aware that all offers displayed on the website are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.

As our orders are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, we cannot reserve stock. So if you find something you love, it's best to act quickly to secure it.
