Further Information

International Tracking

All orders will be sent via a trackable service, however, please be aware that depending on the courier used to process your parcel, tracking information may be limited once the parcel has arrived in its designated country.  We will do our best where possible to help gain tracking information in the event that it is not openly available, however, you may need to liaise with the courier directly in some circumstances. 

Import Duties and Taxes

Please note, any import duty and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, as regulations vary in regards to the charges which apply from country to country.  All parcels will be sent with an invoice stating the full amount of the order, and customs documentation will be attached where applicable.

Please ensure you are happy with any potential tax or duty charges before proceeding with your order.

Delays Due To Weather

SimplyHair cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by conditions outside of our control such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. Customers are welcome to return items for a full refund should the item arrive late under these conditions.
