When you sign up for our amazing subscription products, you're in for a stress-free delivery experience. Here's what you need to know:
You'll select the products you love, and we'll deliver them to your chosen address on the schedule you've set! All subscriptions still follow our regular terms and conditions for non-subscription orders. So you'll be covered every step of the way! ποΈπ
All you need is a trade account set up under your own name and accurate and valid card details. This info is the key to a seamless subscription experience so when it's time for your subscription goodies to be shipped, we'll charge the payment card on file. Easy peasy, right? π³π
The total price you pay for your fab subscription goodies includes VAT, so no hidden surprises and if you ever want to cancel or adjust your subscription, you can do this in your account area. Depending on the timing, some orders might already be on their way, but any future subscriptions will be cancelled without a hitch! πβοΈ
If you decide to reactivate your subscription later, just keep in mind that the prices may differ from when you first joined. But no worries, we'll always have some fabulous deals waiting for you! ππ
Cancellation
You're the boss of your SimplyHair subscription! If you ever want to cancel, it's as easy as pie! Just head to your account or give our awesome customer service team a shout-out here, and we'll handle it for you!Β
Just remember, if you decide to cancel, give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery date. That way, we can make the magic happen and adjust things for you! ποΈπ
Keep in mind, though, that if you let us know about the cancellation within 24 hours of your next scheduled delivery, we'll still charge and send that order your way. But don't fret, we'll make sure all future deliveries are cancelled smoothly! ππ
Termination or refusal by us
We reserve the right to suspend, refuse or cancel your subscription at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation. If we do this, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
Discontinuation of design
