As all of our hair is 100% human and handmade, there may be very slight, natural variations in colour between batches. That said, every batch of hair undergoes strict quality control to ensure it remains as close as possible to our colour ring.
We always recommend checking your extensions before fitting to ensure you're completely happy with both the colour and quality. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund on any unused items returned in their original condition.
