Our colour rings are intended as a helpful guide, but as all hair is individually processed, minor variations between batches are completely normal. That said, all of our hair is hand colour-matched before dispatch to ensure consistency and quality, and it’s rare for any significant discrepancies to occur.

If you believe the hair you received is noticeably different from expected, we’re happy to look into this for you.

To proceed:

Please return the items in question as long as they are unused and still within their original tamper-proof bands.

Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll investigate the matter promptly—our goal is to process all returned items on the same day they are received.

If we find that the colour you received is significantly different from what would be considered normal variation, we will issue a full refund for the hair.

Please note:

We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any hair that has been used, removed from its packaging, or no longer has its tamper-proof bands intact, even in cases where a colour issue is noticed after fitting.
