We’re more than happy to offer a refund on any products returned within 30 days of receipt, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000).

To begin the return process, simply complete our Returns Form.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition, with the tamper-proof bands still intact.

  • Don’t forget to include your order number inside the parcel, this helps us process your refund as quickly as possible once your return arrives with us.
